Reviews and Ratings
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were of standard quality for the price paid, comfortable, and had everything I needed.
The hotel had a good size and well-appointed rooms; however, there was a sewage smell that made me sick and forced me to leave early. On the bright side, the room began to smell of smoke from people partying below, which we thought was great.
The hotel has a cool Tiki architecture and is close to most attractions while being nicely tucked away from the hustle and bustle. The rooms had everything you could possibly need and even a cute nook with a coffee machine, microwave, and fridge, but there were some issues with room sterilization delays. The service was top-notch and met all our needs, but there was a slight inconvenience with the attitude towards not ordering alcohol. Dining options were limited but the beautiful restaurant by the water made up for it. The surroundings were beautiful with swaying palm trees and tropical gardens, and the room rates included nice recommended extras like tours and ticket assistance.
I felt like I hit the jackpot with this hotel! The rooms were cozy and nicely set up; the small patio area with a table and chairs was superb, making it so comfy and inviting. The service was top-notch, quick to respond to any requests we had. The nightly music was outstanding, and the cafe staff were especially friendly, despite a few snafus with our room choices. The location was great for my purposes, absolutely stunning, and had a very tropical vibe. The dining experience was excellent, with a great view and the option to have breakfast delivered to your room. Overall, the hotel is a hidden gem with fantastic amenities and a warm, inviting atmosphere.
The hotel offers spacious and clean rooms, ideal for hosting friends before the San Diego Parade of Lights. However, the location adjacent to a plumbing issue affected our stay. The service was a mix of slow and attentative and the dining was enjoyable but limited. Overall, it's a good spot with some drawbacks.
The hotel offers comfortable rooms with a view of the marina, but could use some updating. The smell of smoke from below was a slight issue. The service was quick and courteous, contributing to the tropical resort vibe. The location is ideal, close to the airport and featuring excellent pool and hot tub facilities. The dining experience, while with a great view, fell short of expectations in terms of service. The hotel's facilities are well-maintained and inviting.
My stay at the hotel offered spacious rooms close to convenient amenities, though occasional noise was a downside. The service was attentive and caring, with a few areas for improvement. The location provided a beautiful setting with unique events but came with extra resort charges. Dining by the bay was enjoyable, featuring locally caught fish. Overall, a pleasant experience with some minor inconveniences.
